Irene’s Story

Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Irene is the beloved daughter of Mervat and Nagy and the middle sister between Nancy and Nadine. From an early age, she discovered her love for ballet—a passion that has carried her across the world.

Her curiosity and ambition took her to Montreal, where she studied at McGill University, and later to stages around the globe. Alongside her career in dance, she also became a classical Pilates instructor, blending artistry with wellness.

Today, Irene is proud to serve as Director of the Ballet Program at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles, where she is redefining how ballet is taught and shared.

Pearse’s Story

Pearse was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Nancy and Patrick, and the middle brother between Myles and Tate. His childhood was shaped by a life between the United States and Europe, with time spent in cities including Los Angeles, Miami, New York, London, Prague, and Lucca.

From an early age, Pearse was drawn to interior design, with a special passion for furniture—a thread that has guided his path ever since. Today, he is proud to work as Director of Sales for TribĂ¹, a leading manufacturer of luxury outdoor furniture, where he combines his love for design with his global perspective.

Our Relationship

We met in New York during a time of change, and our shared desire for growth and new directions brought us together. Coming from very different backgrounds and cultures, our relationship feels even more special as we bridge those worlds and celebrate them as one. Immersing ourselves in each other’s families and traditions has become one of the greatest joys of our journey.

Together, we’ve built a life filled with love, adventure, and support for one another’s passions. Along the way, we welcomed our dog, George, who has brought endless joy into our lives—and who we like to think of as our sweet practice before starting a family of our own.

Dress Code

Cocktail Formal

We know it will be hot, so we want everyone to feel comfortable yet elegant.

  • For men: A suit in light summer fabrics (linen, cotton, or lightweight wool). Ties are not required—an open-collar shirt is perfectly fine.

  • For women: Either a mini or maxi dress works beautifully. Choose light, airy fabrics and summer colors that feel festive and elegant.

The goal is to keep things polished and celebratory while staying cool in the summer heat.
