Navigating Cairo Airport
Cairo Airport can feel overwhelming, but don’t worry—we’ve made it simple. After landing, head toward customs and baggage claim. Before customs, stop at the bank windows to purchase your visa (€25 or $25 USD in cash). Show your passport and visa at customs, then collect your bags.
As you exit, you may pass through one more security check before leaving the terminal. Outside, you’ll be approached by many drivers, but please only use licensed taxis or arrange a professional car service for a smoother, safer ride.

Rimo Tours offers a reliable car service that can pick you up directly from the airport and take you to your destination. Rates range from $18 to $100, depending on the vehicle type and number of passengers. Luxury vehicles available. Click the link below to book your car service.

Airbnb
For a fun and convenient stay, we suggest an Airbnb in one of the gated communities below. Just steps from shops, restaurants, and pools, and only a short distance from the wedding venue, you’ll find them clean, easy, and perfect for relaxing between celebrations.
Before booking, please take a moment to read the reviews for your preferred Airbnb, they offer valuable insights from fellow travelers. And if you’d like extra reassurance, feel free to reach out to us directly, we’re happy to confirm that your stay is in a great location.
Mivida
Mivida is one of the best places to stay for the wedding. This large gated community is safe, beautifully maintained, and full of conveniences. From coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery stores to a variety of restaurants and even a small hospital, everything you need is right at your doorstep. With its tree-lined streets and elegant atmosphere, Mivida has often been compared to Beverly Hills—and best of all, it’s only a 15-minute drive to the wedding venue.
Madinaty
Madinaty is a wonderful option for your stay. It’s a very large compound with a wide variety of homes and a lively community feel. While not as modern as Mivida, it offers many of the same conveniences, including community pools, a lagoon, restaurants, shopping, and more, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Best of all, it’s only a 30-minute drive to the wedding venue.
Hyde Park
Hyde Park is a beautiful compound and a great place to stay. Much like Mivida, it offers a wide range of amenities within a secure, gated community, complete with shopping, restaurants, and plenty of conveniences. What makes Hyde Park especially appealing is its lush greenery and expansive parks, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like an oasis in the city. It’s also just a 35-minute drive to the wedding venue.
Cairo offers many wonderful rental properties with spacious layouts, multiple bedrooms, pools, and more. If you choose not to stay in a gated community, we recommend selecting a place close to the venue—just keep in mind that you’ll likely need to drive to pick up groceries and other essentials.
